Our mission is to provide the martial arts and sciences an organization rooted in tradition, innovative to find improvement and committed to preserving legacies through sharing of knowledge, and training of various combat sciences throughout world. In partnership with all like minded organizations, The American Traditional Jujutsu Association provides exceptional training, empowers to view beyond perceived limitations, and embodies the mind, spirit and body of Bushido.
USJA (United States Judo Association)
The USJA commits itself to spreading the art of Judo to the best of our abilities in the spirit of jita-kyoei, mutual benefit. This was Jigoro Kano's vision when he founded Judo, and we carry this philosophy on and off the tatami. We look forward to providing support, education, and a community of like-minded people to help foster the growth and expansion of Judo in the United States.

USA Judo is a world leader providing maximum opportunities to all its members with programs from core development to Olympic and Paralympic gold.
As the National Governing Body (NGB) and member of the US Olympic & Paralympic Committee we enable all United States athletes to achieve sustained competitive excellence in domestic and international judo competition, and the promotion and growth of the sport of Judo in the United States.
